Who am I? That idea is something that I feel like I have a strong grasp on. From learning experiences, to personality test, to just knowing what it is that affects me emotionally, whether that is positive or negative. Knowing who I am makes a big difference in my happiness as a person. But who is Dalton Millonzi?
According to the ENFP personality test, I am multiple things. First and foremost, I am an outgoing person. I find this detail to be very accurate, as I tend to take some form of a lead in social events, whether that is leading my band, driving my friends around, or arranging social events such as getting a group of friends to play basket ball. I enjoy a lot of people contact in my life. The test also said I was more intuitive than observant. I would find that to be true as well. I have very strong views and morals, and I do quickly assess situations and act on them. I am also more of a feelings person than a thinker. This is probably the most accurate part of the test. I have very strong feelings and emotions, and often take illogical paths because I feel they are the best solution to problems. The test showed that I am very prospecting person. I find that to be very true, as I always have a very positive attitude and am always looking forward to the future. Finally, the test said that I slightly assertive. I would find that to be true as well, I have very strong opinions views as to what is right. I am understanding of other people’s views, and that affects my view of a situation, but I do stick by what is right in my eyes.
However, what are my values? As we can see, values are very important to me, but what are they? First and foremost, I value relationships with other people. I especially value strong friendships with people who have a similar view on life that I do. People who would do anything if
you needed them to, those are the people I value and form close bonds with. People who are true to who they are. I have a hard time being friends with people who put on false fronts so that people will “like” them better. I believe in being who you are, and not letting other people’s view of you affect how you view yourself.
What about my future? Well, my future is still a bit cloudy to me. I am not quite sure what exactly I want to do yet. So my goal for my life in one year is to have a better understanding of what exactly I want to do with my life. In five years, I see myself married with a partner to spend my life with. In ten years, I just want to be content with where I am at in life and try my best to stay happy. I think being content is a good goal in this world. Many people do not have the trait, and it is a constant uphill battle. So even though I am not entirely sure what I want my future to look like, I do know that I want to be content with it and be truly happy.
So, to sum it all up, I am Dalton Millonzi. I have strong views, and deep feelings. I find ways to be happy and stay positive, no matter the situation. I cherish close relationships with friends who have similar views to life as I do. Finally, I just want to be happy in my future. I want to be content with what I have, and stay positive. This is me. This is who I am, and I am proud.
